*New for Winter 2025*

Modeled on the success of our Winter Elite Development program for advanced high school players, the Junior Elite Development program is designed for the most competitive 7th & 8th graders who want to take their game to the next level before the Spring season.

Players participating in our Junior Elite Development program enter the Spring season ahead of their peers and teammates: in better shape, as better teammates and leaders, and as smarter lacrosse players.

Junior Elite Development is an invite-only program.

On-Field Training Session Dates:

All indoor field sessions take place at Bend Elks Fieldhouse from 5:00 - 6:30 pm.

IQ Session Dates:

All IQ sessions take place on Mondays at Cascades Academy from 7:00 - 8:30pm. IQ sessions will involve film study, guest speakers, leadership development, and more.
