Training
Summer Forge Training is Thump Lacrosse’s elite summer small group training program, designed for players who want to sharpen their skills and elevate their game in the offseason. The Forge focuses on shooting, dodging, stick work, defense fundamentals, and footwork mechanics. Sessions provide high-rep, high-intensity training to ensure athletes develop the techniques and confidence needed to dominate on the field.
